3. Account Registration and KYC

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ca444 platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether directly or indirectly through a third party, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ca444 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts and will take enforcement action including suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban where duplicates are confirmed.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information updated at all times. You must use your real name, your actual date of birth, and a Bangladeshi mobile number that belongs to you and is currently active. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ca444 account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ca444 will never contact you to ask for your password. All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ca444 immediately at [email protected].

ca444 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification is triggered at the point of first withdrawal and may also be requested at any time during the account lifecycle. You will be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, such as your National ID (NID), and may be asked for proof of address or source of funds. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All account balances on the ca444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ca444 does not hold funds in any foreign currency. All transactions — deposits and withdrawals alike — are processed in BDT. ca444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit at ca444 is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad transactions. For bank transfer deposits, the minimum is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless ca444 applies one for responsible gaming purposes or at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your ca444 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ca444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times. Only deposit funds that belong to you — depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ca444 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and to there being no unresolved account restrictions at the time of the request. ca444 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, unless ca444 expressly authorises an alternative method in writing. ca444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in size or frequency.

All payment methods used on ca444 must be registered in your own name. Use of payment accounts belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, withholding of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where money laundering or financial fraud is suspected. ca444 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards and conducts transaction monitoring as required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ca444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ca444 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods; providing false personal information at registration or during KYC; impersonating another person; and any form of identity fraud are all strictly prohibited. ca444 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all transactions and account activity. Suspected fraud cases are reported to the relevant authorities.

Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker; using software tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them; and any other form of cheating are all prohibited. ca444 uses technical monitoring to detect abnormal play patterns. Players found to be cheating will be banned permanently and their winnings forfeited in their entirety.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ca444's liability for death or personal injury caused by ca444's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. ca444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ca444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ca444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the ca444 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
